It's ok. The placement of the straps and handles makes it physically a bit more awkward and less flexible than other bags I own. Hasn't broken or split, though to be honest it doesn't fill me with confidence. At this price it's fine, no more no less.

Allows a range of different exercises that would otherwise require a range of different equipment. Ideal for someone who doesn't have the time for a gym session after work. My only issue is that it doesn't have 'Horizontal' straps on to allow for traditional bicep curls. However, there are other bicep exercises that are possible. Excellent for building your core.
