The size is great, it matches a yoga mat perfectly and is the ideal size for me (6 foot male). On the down side the colour runs like crazy, even with sweat. On first use the colour ran from my sweaty towel onto my shorts in my gym bag and practically ruined them. It still turns my washing machine purple after many washings.
