Post partum, I still fit a small in my normal clothes and I can fit the shirt but it's too tight to fit myself plus my baby inside. I tried to use it once, it lasted about 15 minutes, she was really smushed. I returned. And even if it did fit, it's not a product to be used as a hands free carrier!! No way that would be possible with this.
