Review: Not upto the mark - I ordered, it came and returned back in day. Cons 1. Software is extremely bad. 2. Hiss or static issue in pedal with earphones, additional pedals and computer is irritating. 3. Not having realtime update of sound between Hardware and Software is bad. Pros 1. Small form factor Moreover, every single video out there speaks about how great the pedal is, but most of the YouTubers are using their own IRs or provided by IK, which ultimately sounds good in the mix. They don’t speak about the cons this pedal has. It is frustrating for musicians who are on budget and buy the product, later on returning it back! The day IK makes the software better, I might go back and buy it.

A: A ground loop is a phenomenon that can occur when two or more audio devices are connected together by two ground paths at the same time, the first with the audio connection and the second with the power connection.

**Q: Should I use a grounded PSU?**
A: Using a grounded PSU instead of a floating one can eliminate ground loop noise but may introduce noise when adding external gear. Using TONEX alone, a grounded PSU might solve the issue. For multiple devices, identify which gear is causing the noise.

**Q: Noise while connecting to a P.A. system?**
A: You can usually connect your device directly to a P.A. system without problems. If noise occurs, use a D.I. box to lift the ground and prevent interference. Refer to the User Manual (Page 10) for details on setting up this solution.
