I went to the back of the book were the phone scripts are and put things to the test yet again and sure enough had a showing the same day. A week after seeing my first ever mobile home, I ended up buying 3 and renting them out in Sept 2013, but by Nov 2013 I had 15 mobile homes which was generating me a whopping $4,000+ in residual income. I thought outside the box and did something the book didn't talk about, but it still opened my eyes to yet another stream of income within real estate.
