I went out to a dog training session and was on my feet for an hour and a half with my client. Working on my feet all the time has made the dorsal bunion on my right foot very paunful. I had surgery for the bunion on my left foot in the 1990s but after so many years the toe is bending inward again. This system has all the right components for any shoe or for nightime use. The bunion protectors made the 1 1/2 hours on my feet virtually painless. I put the gel sleeves on when I got home and left them on for 6 hours. When I took them off, my toes were straighter!
