Overall, I go through about one package per month, consumed almost entirely in Vitamix smoothies and as an additive to Greek yogurt.As with all the products from Maca Team, I've found this product to be top shelf stuff and worth continued buying. It is always fresh, very well packaged, well ground, and it is well flavored. I've well tolerated every produce I've received from them and that includes this one, their Yellow Maca.As for how it has affected my health, since adding it to the diet my overall energy level has improved dramatically. There have been a few times that I've gone extended periods of time without and I noticed far more lethargy no matter what I did. Getting back on maca provided a better sense of well-being and health and a stronger and more lively libido.I won't lie and say that I don't wish it was cheaper, but you're going to pay for what works, and it is more than a fair price for the product and compared to what else is out there.
