It is rich and pure source of B vitamins and 2 capsules at the start of a day are enough to keep me exceptionally clear, focused and energised throughout the day. If I am studying as well as working, another two capsules later in the day, continues to provide lucidity. I stopped taking the product for about six months, because the local supplier was difficult to access, but ordered my first bottle online last week, took my 2 capsules immediately it arrived and could feel a difference by the next day.
