The company reached out and is replacing the leaky bottle that we recieved. After 2 uses, I am still loving this maching and the color of tan the solution gives me! We really like the machine (have only used it once so far). I have a learning curve with my hands and feet. But overall the tan looked natural. The reason for three stars instead of five is because it arrived with tanning solution that leaked out of one of the bottles all over everything. I had to clean it all up upon arrival. I also lost that much tan solution in transport. I didn’t do a return because we had a trip planned and I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement. I am unsure how to contact the seller directly as desertcart makes that just confusing enough that I gave up on it. Overall great machine and natural looking solution.
