If my opinions change about this product – I’ll give an update. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ works great *by D***S on March 24, 2025* adjust it to he tight around the head and under the chin and it won't move. it is comfortable. i have 0 issues with it. it comes with a chain and a door anchor. i was just using a band and holding it against my head. i know some of the reps i was cheating by pulling some of the weight with my hand. i also had to use my other hand in away to keep the band from pulling my hair out. this harness keeps you from cheating. totally hands free and you can focus on good technique and posture. the harness feels tight and conformable and didn't feel like my hair was constantly being pulled out.
