I've found that my sleep is better since I've been on them - but then, we're coming out of a heatwave so it could be that! I have no adverse effects from taking them so far, but at £29.30 for a single pack of 2-weeks supply or £66.99 for a month, I doubt I'll find out. In my opinion, these are too expensive and there is a lot of competition out there offering similar combinations for less.
