It's not dark any longer. Comes with connectors that you could use to make them end to end. Also has connectors to space them out from each other. Plus it had some connectors with wire lead ends that you could use to make whatever length connector you wanted. Clips included for installation.The reviews that complain about the length of wires, well I just don't get that, the length of the wires is noted in the description. WHOA! They are way brighter than the fluorescent lights I replaced and use a fraction of the juice. The lights might not be 'warm' enough for a living space, but they are ideal for storage or workshop areas. I WILL be buying more of these in the Spring. Great lights and easy to install. My one complaint: YOU CAN'T INSTALL THEM WITH SHEET METAL SCREWS!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good indoor greenhouse lights *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2018* These are pretty much exactly what's "written on the tin". They're 2 ft long, LED based lights approximately the same size as T5 bulbs. I'm using two sets of these as grow lights in a 27" wide, 4-shelf indoor greenhouse. I hung them from the shelves using a bit of nylon rope, so I can't really comment on the installation process, but it seems like it'd be straightforward (all of the hardware was included). These are smaller in height in person than I was expecting but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Each set included a power cord with a switch which is about 6 ft long, bunch of three pin cables to connect them together and several cables for tying them into mainline power.My only complaint, which isn't really a big deal, is that there was a bit of inconsistency with the two sets I ordered. The three pin connector cables from one set are about 10" long which was ideal for my use case, but the other set was only 6" long. Not really a big deal, I just put the other set closer together when hanging them, but I would have preferred more of the slightly longer cables.One good thing though; the connector cables seem to follow a pretty typical "double-infinity" shape (like a triangle with three pins). I ordered longer third-party cables to go between the shelves and they worked just fine.
