I have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine... problem is recently I have become a mouth breather...something they tell me that comes with aging...(seems like the list is growing we each passing day) anyway, this strap takes a lot of space and with the CPAP mask you feel entrapped. Besides this it tends to slid about at night.
