There are some small parts that connect the heads on, so I would recommend this for 3 years or older so they have the dexterity to put them together and not eat the small parts. Some parts fit more snugly than others and aren’t consistent from dinosaur to dinosaur - for example, some legs are a little loose and move easily, others are more stiff and don’t move well. Once assembled, they click in securely and don’t fall apart.My 4 year old’s favorite thing to do is mix up the dinosaur parts and make new dinosaurs of his own. I definitely recommend these! ### ⭐⭐ Not Duplo Size--Lego Size & Lots of Small Parts *by A***T on January 5, 2019* My son likes the colors of the dinosaurs and I liked the price but there are too many pieces for small kids (if you have to worry about babies that put things in their mouths). You have to assemble the dinosaurs when the arrive (they come in separate packages of just parts).
