Besonders überrascht war ich über eine Nachricht auf meinem AB zur Lieferung und zum Produkt. Wohl eine Ausnahme im Servicebereich, die ich wohlwollend zur Kenntnis genommen habe.Zum Kissen gibt es zu sagen, dass ich bis dahin viele Nackenstützkissen (Probleme mit der HWS und Migräne) im höheren Preissegment und mit guten Testnoten, als auch top Bewertungen ausprobiert habe. Z.B. das Tempur ist wirklich sehr hart, vor allem bei kalten Schlafgewohnheiten. Das RÖWA war zu weich. Das ELSA-Kissen war schon eher geeignet. Allerdings ist mir auch noch nicht klar, warum diese Produkte vom Material her so teuer sein sollen.Beim Ausprobieren (unbedingt auf Rückgaberecht achten!) stellte ich fest, dass mich zum Teil die Größe störte, da die meisten Kissen nicht sehr flexibel sind. In Seitenlage wusste ich mit meinen Armen/Händen manchmal nicht wohin (unterm Kissen geht nicht und auf dem Kissen ging auch nicht). Nun habe ich dieses kleine Kissen bestellt und es ist schon erstaunlich, wie gut ich damit zurecht komme. Für mich also DAS Kissen. Überhaupt nicht hart und nicht zu weich, so dass die Stützkraft erhalten bleibt. Es braucht tatsächlich nicht mehr um gut den Kopf zu betten.Aber es ist auch klar, trotz aller Bewertungen: Jeder hat verschiedene Bedürfnisse und physiologische Besonderheiten. Wer ein Nackenstützissen erstmalig sucht ist gut beraten, sich eines im Sanitätshaus auszuleihen. Sehr oft besteht diese Möglichkeit, auch wenn meist nur bestimmte Produkte oder gar nur von einem Hersteller angeboten werden.Ich nutze das Kissen nun zwei Wochen und bin noch sehr zufrieden. Migräne habe ich trotzdem und Wunder erwarte ich hier nicht, aber ich liege gut, fühle mich wohl und meine HWS schmerzt nicht mehr so stark. Übrigens lässt sich das Kissen, da es nicht so steif ist, auch gut so legen, wie man es braucht (also leicht "knuffen").Noch etwas Lustiges zum Schluss: Mein Mann hat sich anfangs über das "niedliche" Kissen amüsiert und meinte, dass ich beim Zubettgehen sehr zielen müsse um es zu treffen. Durch das Nachgeben der Füllung, wenn der Kopf auf dem Kissen liegt, wird mein Nacken in der richtig angenehmen Position gehalten.
