Delivery was from the Netherlands though which was slower than if came from the UK! I bought it for my grandson to go in the water with - he is big for his age so the standard Swimming jackets for his age don't fit him - the jacket tends to fill it's inside with water and ride up so the crotch strap is a necessity to stop it coming off. When it rides up it tends to pull the crotch strap 'tight' which I worry about more than my grandson as it doesn't seem to bother him!! My grandson is very happy with it and seems to feel secure with it on in the water.
