This one was a little more work than the Bjorn (child proof buttons on the clasps, so they can't undo it themselves), but easy enough. I can put her in the front or swing her to the back by myself (which is why I bought this one). I have purchased cheaper ones that work okay, but this one seems to be the most comfortable for my child. I have not tried the infant insert, but I will try it with my next baby. It seems to be pretty sturdy, but it is not made for a child to sit forward on the front of you, they must face you to be comfortable. ### ⭐ Not for small framed people! *by B***G on Reviewed in the United States on May 12, 2014* I cannot adjust this to make it comfortable, after 15 months of attempts, lots of help, online videos I give up making this comfortable for me or baby. It just is too large, the straps are too far apart on my shoulders even when completely tightened.
