Beyond amazing reuse life until you destroy them, but like any bag, be careful about nails and other sharp objects that will pop through under enough pressure. Also don't fill them to the top with heavy/dense materials, these bags hold a ton of volume and do yourself a favor and save your back. Their thickness is misleading - Yes they are thick but their real strength is in the woven construction. Unlike heavy plastic sheet I cannot rip or puncture these with my bare hands. Well worth the cost if you need to get rid of a lot of stuff.
