A: "sourced from a municipal water source, Los Angeles, CA."   They do not provide HOW they remove the fluoride added from the treated public water source.

A: There are no benefits to using this product because if you test the alkalinity of this water, you will find it is nor alkaline at all.

**Q: Isn't alkaline water just another fad with no real benefit?**
A: My gastroenterologist recommended alkaline water several years ago and I’ve never gone back!
First let me say I hated plain water I never drank my water plain, until alkaline water omg it’s amazing and this water is the best and I have tried many over the years!!!

A: I use this exact water, and it taste good! No plastic taste at all. Maybe a 9.5 alkaline water is not for your taste. Also if I'm correct this water bottle is BPA free.

Product is excellent but delivery was not! I have used this product for many years and it is excellent. 9.5 is a complete hydration and the bottles are always filled to the top not partially down the bottle. So you really get your moneys worth. I have never ordered this item from Amazon and I thought I would try it this time thinking that the item would be placed at my door like all my other Amazon packages. To my amazement it was not at my door, I had to look for it and find it in my Apartments office. I thought having it delivered to my door would save me from having to lift it from car to apartment elevator to my door. I was sick and I couldn’t get to my package but luckily a neighbor went to the office and got the package for me. This package was not delivered by prime vehicle‘s but by UPS. Normally I know exactly where my packages are but all UPS said is that it was delivered. I wish Amazon had a better way to deliver this product As I am very tempted to not get it from Amazon again. I will try it one more time and if that’s better I will continue to order but if not I’ll just go to Costco where I’ve been getting it. I hope this service can be improved as I am a prime member, order a lot and love Amazons shipping and handling of products. My rating is for the product only not the delivery from UPS.
