It keeps drink cold from morning till evening by adding ice in the am. It's so lightweight, you get perfect drinks ever time you go to sip. The only negitive is the numbering & times come off over time from washing. Who cares! You know how much to drink!

Ive had this water jug for about 4~ months. It is very awesome, I especially appreciate the handle on the side of the bottle. I never have to worry about getting out of bed when im thirsty in the night! Just remember to purchase a straw cleaner brush, the drinking nozzle gets dirty really fast.
