Tengo el pelo largo, fino y muy liso. He probado 3 veces las planchas desde que me llegaron. Las he usado a 180° y en mi caso pese a tener el pelo muy liso ha sido suficiente para que me aguanten varios días las ondas. Uso spray protector térmico antes de utilizarlas y no he notado que dañen el cabello. Llegan a la temperatura fijada en segundos, antes de que termines de cepillarte el pelo. Un aspecto positivo es que emite un sonido cuando tienes que abrir la plancha así logras ondas uniformes.
