Clean with Dawn dishwater cleaner. 2. Clay bar the surface. 3. Polish glass with an abrasive designed for glass. 4 Final cleaning with 50% isopropyl alcohol. 5. Wash the entire car. I noticed that after this rediculously excessive process the Cerakote had been restored. Super slick with water sheeting off nicely. I will go ahead and do the second application since I had done an outstanding job of cleaning all glass surfaces first thing tomorrow morning with an ambient temperature of 60 – 65°F. Bottom line … excellent product with reasonable cost. It appears that environmental contamination was my only problem. Overall performance is significantly better than Rain X.
