Three reasons: 1. It’s super healthy - at zero calories I can have it just as if it was plain water; 2. It’s good for the environment - I love that dash uses wonky veg that would otherwise get thrown away; 3. It’s absolutely delicious. I used to infuse my own water at home to encourage myself to stay hydrated, but dash water is both easier and yummier! It’s so refreshing and the taste is just right - none of the gross after-taste I half expected. Cucumber is my favourite, but the lemon is delicious too.
