Dopo 2 mesi con una capsula al giorno dopo i pasti posso dire che effettivamente durante i ragionamenti logici dove bisogna tenere in mente più fattori e durante lo studio mi sento come se le informazioni non andassero perse, più sereno e propenso a imparare cose nuove. Ha regolato anche le ore di sonno, riposo meglio. Consiglio l'uso ma con consapevolezza, nel mio caso capita che porti sonnolenza. Sarebbe l'ideale assumerlo a fine giornata nei periodi meno stressanti visto che rilassa. Subito non sembra dare effetti ma dopo già il primo mese ho notato miglioramenti.
