Review: Great Chair, Great Value and even better Customer Service - I originally rated this chair a 3. The chair was great and very comfortable. Some of the parts (the arm pads) were impacted and squished in packaging. My new rating of a 5 is based on two things. 1st: The chair is amazing. It is firm but also very comfortable. The color is exactly what I expected. It was simple to put together and it rolls easily on both carpet and hardwood flooring. This is a great product and I would recommend this chair to anyone. 2nd: The customer service team is amazing. They reached out immediately after my review. They offered to rectify the situation by replacing the two arms. They also offered me a $30 refund for the inconvenience. They emailed me every step of the way including shipping and tracking. I received the new parts within 3 days of them shipping. They were amazing and should do a Ted Talk on customer service because they are far and away the best I have dealt with.

I originally rated this chair a 3. The chair was great and very comfortable. Some of the parts (the arm pads) were impacted and squished in packaging. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Office chair for the remote worker

This is a great chair for the price. I use this for my home office, which I work 40 hours a week out of since I’m a remote worker. it’s very comfortable, the quality of the material is Excellent! easy to roll around easy to adjust. I like the fact that the arms can swing up out of your way so you can pull closer into your desk. It was very quick to assemble. the only slight drawback I give it is during the summer months it could trap some heat and make you feel a little sweaty since it doesn’t circulate air through the material that breaths, such as cloth does, but not a game changer since most people work in A/C environments. I hope this review helps you decide?
