You may find one that is wheat free but uses fillers like potato starch, that comes from a nightshade plant that flares arthritis. These crisps use chickpea “garbonzo bean” flour. Also canola oil is not used, which shows awareness in GMO knowledge. Psyllium and flax we know have great health benefits. Dairy free! We are not calves, cow milk is the hardest thing for us to digest. Soy free, soy being one of the largest GMO crops grown. Egg free...so many are allergic to eggs. Almonds are used so it is unfortunate for people who can’t have nuts due to allergy or lectins. Lectins avoidance would have vetoed these at the chickpea flour, but can’t please everyone.Avoiding all these things and still taste good....amazing.It is definitely worth a try. A little pricey but considering ingredients they are reasonable. Just have to have them as a treat every so often.Anyway, kudos to the cook!
