They are easy to swallow with no funny after taste.Directions on the reverse of the package are easy to read and follow, same goes for the ingredients.I cannot give a review of how they work but as yet I have not had any adverse reactions. If the site will let me update this review in a week I will certainly add the results of a week of taking these.UPDATE:Yes I can confirm that these work with a stable and sensible diet.
