Review: Very comfortable - I must say I am quite pleased with my purchase of this recliner! It is well made, comfortable, lumbar heat setting as well as vibration from head down to legs. Great to look forward to come home to after a long day at work. Easy to assemble. I had help though. Love that you can swivel. No more neck aches turning your head. Just swivel! Oh and did I mention it’s also a rocker?! Two cup holders! One for cell phone. Side pocket for remote storage. Best purchase I ever made!
Review: Not worth the money - The chair was easy to put together and comfy enough. The massage really just makes the chair rumble instead of actually massaging. The heat on the lower back is alright, but doesn't get warm enough. I had this chair for 3 months before it started having major issues. The left side piece that connects the back of the chair to the foot rest broke and they only escalated from there. The right side arm rest bent, so the top is pushed further out while the bottom further in. It also collapsed inward and broke the cup holder, which is just cheap plastic you insert into the chair as it's not prebuilt in like it was in earlier models. The fabric on both arm rests has torn at the seams and on the corners of the foot rest along with various spots tearing on the foot rest. Only I have ever sat in it, no children jumping on it. Overall, you don't even get what you paid for. It's very cheaply made and breaks down easily. I do not recommend buying this product.
