I wear wigs on a daily basis due to alopecia. I have a petite-average circumference and wear a wig grip with most wigs as they are too large for my head. I have never liked traditional wig caps, I find them uncomfortable, and they tend to slide off the back of my head. This wig grip/cap is amazing. It is super comfortable, not itchy and has a large lace top which she work for almost any parting space. Because this is a medium-large sized cap it is too big on my head. If I pull it out smooth, it fits like a swim cap, with my ears totally covered. When I place the edges of the cap where it belongs I get bagginess in the cap, but it is not noticeable under a wig. This wig cap/grip did a decent job of keeping my wig in place and I think it will be great if you either have a lot of hair to place the wig cap over, or if you have a medium to large head. What I love the most about this product is that it does not add bulk at the back of the head like traditional wig grips.
