So these are spot on. They're a bit fiddly when out on the road with gloves on. Not always easy to open. They're fine indoor though. Taste is great. Not too sweet. Someone mentioned the texture is similar to Turkish delight and that seems accurate. No issues with digestion. Currently training for a century, taking in 30-60g/hour depending on the ride length. No bonking and no issues with heavy feeling before or during the ride. Energy levels have been pretty good. I went through 4 packs on my 90km ride yesterday. I should have gone the extra 10km but that's next week.
