Admittedly, I fit over the top of a base cover, just to give a nicer surface. The pull cords worked particularly well. I have had covers in the past that I have struggled to tighten, but this was a dream. Opened bag.. placed on board.. tightened cord.. voila!! Lovely a smooth.
