We were in ocean for 2+ hours with the bag, and items inside stayed dry. It perfectly fit a phone (Galaxy Note with cover), keys, and other small items. The three zippers were easy to fasten together, and are what ensured the content of the bag remained dry.The only complaint is that the pouch kept a lingering plastic odor, even after multiple uses and taking it into the water.
