Lovely and soft BUT extremely warm in the cold winds on holiday. I wore it with just a fleece on top and I was lovely and warm but not overheating. I hand wash them in liquid soap and they dry very quickly.They are expensive but with gently hand washing they should last for quite a long time.

Really nice long pants. Very soft merino wool and fine. Just what I was looking for. Got a nice contrasting top in another colour to go with them. Shall either wear them in bed in the winter or under trousers and top working outside in the cold.
