They help keep my feet from slipping and they cushion my foot. They are also great for narrow feet, because they build up the shoe. The package was a plus, providing a nice container for storing them in. I liked them so much I used all three pairs in about a month. So, I thought I would go back and order them again, but when I clicked on the "Buy Again" button, I noticed the price increased by a dollar. I was not happy about that so I went looking for a cheaper version of them and I found a better deal.
