They refunded my account in full. They can’t do anything more than that so I changed my review from 1 to 5. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Did not accommodate my iPhone 5. Vertically, it's just plain too big. Horizontally is sort of fits but is too loose for me to trust it. AND, the camera lens is blocked. I bought this because I want to leave it set up in a spare room so we, as Grandparents, can leave our descendants some words of advice and tell a few stories that will be lost when we die. I suppose I could use the front facing camera but the picture isn't as good. It's a tripod adapter that was made to hold your phone for filming and it blocks the camera lens!!! Instead of having one side spring loaded to adjust to fit different devices, it's spring loaded on both sides so you have to physically hold it on one side to allow the lens to show. If I wanted to hold it the whole time I would just hold my phone.
