My child is 10 and seemes to be having a few issues that were getting her agitated. I saw this and thought I'd give it a go, I was willing to give anything a try. It's a really great little book that she comes back to again and again, and it doesn't have to be read or completed all at once.Every child manages their emotions differently but she found this really useful which made me very happy!

Very useful tool for young children to find the words they need to tell an adult what is going on.  I like that a child can take ownership of this and only share what they want to.  Have recommended to many parents of pre-teens.
