It is a much thicker pole than other ones I have had in the past that bent or broke in high winds. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very sturdy and worth the purchase love the outcome. *by S***S on May 18, 2025* Easy install - we did add self tapping screws but we are in FL so we also added concrete to the base with paver sand for extra support may not be needed in other states- definitely feels durable very thick material and very sturdy , not too heavy but definitely gets heavier on the top . Good purchase will like recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a heavy duty aluminum shaft. Quick assembly. Pulley seems a bit light weight. *by D***R on April 9, 2025* This flag pole is much heavier than my last two aluminum poles. Rated to handle 100mph winds it actually looks like it can do so based on the thickness of the aluminum shaft. The hardware all went together quickly and the poles in ground sleeve fit well and I was able to get set up in about an hour total. (Fast set for the pole sleeve). I am a little nervous about the strength of the pulley and if there is only one item of concern, that would be it. Not sure it will stand up to high winds with two flags flying, so we will see.
