**Q: Is this a kit that comes with 2 pads, or is it just the machine only ?**
A: i got a machine only..

**Q: Hi, this rupes machine only runs at 110v, but Singapore runs at 230v. If i were to buy a step down transformer, does it works the same? Thank you.**
A: Yes the Rupes machines that we sell are 110V but if you get he appropriate stepdown transformer, it will work.

**Q: What is the year of manufacture of the product?**
A: I purchased mine in 2018.  However, when it was manufactured if beyond my purview.

**Q: I gathered from another review this is a forced rotation DA is this correct?**
A: You must have gotten some bad information or possibly you read a review about a different Rupes model. This IS NOT a forced rotation DA...This is a long throw orbital polisher that does not have a forced rotation or rotary motion to it. If you are interested in a forced rotation machine made by Rupes, the model is the LK900E.
