Our 1/4'' x 50ft synthetic winch rope provides the max breaking strength of 10,000Lbs, are perfect for vehicles under 3200 Lbs. Durable Synthetic Rope: UHMWPE is an extremely high-strength, low-stretch rope ( less than 5%) that offers high abrasion resistance and great tensile strength. Each synthetic rope is coated in UV resistant polyester to protect the fibers from sun exposure. Synthetic winch rope is resistant to damage from most oils and chemicals and does not corrode like steel cable. Lighter and Safer: Lighter than equivalent steel cable, our winch line is a much safer rope due to its low weight. Review: 1/4” is too big for atv. - Giving only 4 stars because it states it’s suitable for an ATV, however, the red warning cover does not fit through the winch spooling hole (mine was synthetic prior and no set screw to use there end). Upon attempting to spool the 1/4”, due to being thicker, it would not all fit. So I have to remove again and cut off about 10 feet to get the full rope to fit the spool without issues. Would recommend going with the 3/16 to avoid such on an ATV. The hook is nice and heavy duty.

Giving only 4 stars because it states it’s suitable for an ATV, however, the red warning cover does not fit through the winch spooling hole (mine was synthetic prior and no set screw to use there end). Upon attempting to spool the 1/4”, due to being thicker, it would not all fit. So I have to remove again and cut off about 10 feet to get the full rope to fit the spool without issues. Would recommend going with the 3/16 to avoid such on an ATV. The hook is nice and heavy duty.

Synthetic cable seems like good quality, installed and now using for my snowplow. Only thing is there was missing parts in the box. I am missing the hook and daydoor hook strap. Took the hook off my old steel cable to use on this.. *Edit*** after making this comment the company messaged me and offered to send me a whole new kit, I accepted and I received the new kit within 2 days. I'll say this was great customer service
