Not only is the flavor light, there is a lovely bitter note that tastes almost earthy that really carries well throughout this tea. I brew for 1 minute first brew (Gonfu Method) , then rebrew the leaves for two. The flavor is very nice and it comes with a lot. My critique however is the lack of information anywhere on the tea: it says its premium grade but I disagree, and there isnt any indication on the bag of which grade Chun Mee it actually is, or where it was grown and picked ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit expensive, but nice *by N***G on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2022* Green tea has a ton of health benefits, although it does bind up iron and perhaps other minerals and prevent their absorption, so you should be careful about when you drink it. I start every day with green tea, before I've eaten anything.I usually drink gunpowder green tea. This is smoother, and yeah, there is a subtle fruity aroma, but it's subtle.
