Product is listed as Organic but I could not see Organic or GMO free on the pkg anywhere.

Flavor ok, bland, terrible texture. I was hoping for something like the old Walnut Acres yellow grits.My first clue should have been the label "polenta" which is more of a mush.The grind is a mixture of very few real grit pieces and a lot of powdery fine bits. This gives you something like a sloppy coarse cornmeal with part cornstarch. The resulting grits are very loose like a corn gravy.How bad? Much worse than quick cook grits!I regret cooking a whole 24oz bag at once, stuck eating 2.5 quarts of terrible leftover grits. Bleah...Maybe I can use the other packages for cornbread?
