Other “standard” strainers were not long enough to fit the depth needed for my Farmer Sink. Well made and fit perfectly. UPDATE: Although initially nice, the black paint chipped off the ring of the strainer in just a couple of months. Quality is not good. Had to replace it. I did so with a much more expensive one from Kohler. That one chipped in less than a month. We only use Dawn dish soap.
