Product description How to use？ Fruit Fudge 1. Pour fruit juice and agar powder into a saucepan and stir well. 2. Heat over medium-low heat until small bubbles form, stirring as it cooks. 3. Pour in the sugar, lemon juice, and cook over low heat until the liquid becomes slightly thickened. 4. Immediately pour into molds and let cool, then refrigerate to solidify. Strawberry Jam 1. Pour agar powder into water and stir to dissolve. 2. Pour in the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and bring to a boil then pour in the agar liquid, stirring as it cooks. 3. Boil and pour into a glass jar, cool and refrigerate. Ice Cream 1. Pour milk, agar powder and sugar into a saucepan and stir to dissolve. 2. Heat over low heat until small bubbles form, stirring as it cooks. 3. Stir in the jam and cool over ice water. 4. Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours. Mango Pudding 1. Add water and agar powder in a pot, stir to dissolve and bring to a boil over low heat. 2. Pour in the milk and sugar and continue to heat until the sugar melts. 3. Turn off the heat and pour in the mango puree and stir well. 4. Pour into the mold and let it cool down.
