I haven't experienced any changes to my sleep one way or the other. I'm hoping for improved sleep quality that others report when taking Ashwagandha. I suspect it needs to be taken for a couple of months to accurately take the full measure of any benefits. Per the instructions, I take 2 capsules once a day. One small issue is that the instructions on the bottle don't say *when* to take them. Since the supplement is often credited somewhat paradoxically for providing both more energy and better sleep, I'm not sure when exactly to take it. First thing in the morning? Right before bed? I seem to have settled on dinnertime for now.Update - I've been taking this daily for a bit over 2 months now. I aim to take in the middle of the day, as I take a few other supplements in the morning and didn't want too many things competing at once. I've definitely noticed a change in my productivity. I wouldn't call it an energy boost as much as a motivation or drive boost, which is what I've needed. I procrastinate less, and if you believe procrastination is the product of anxiety, that makes sense. (However, I did have my mom take it for 2 weeks without telling her what it was for, and she didn't experience any benefit.
