**Q: Can it go in the microwave?**
A: No, this can not be put in the microwave.

**Q: Is it washable**
A: I've never washed it 'as is' but assume that you could if there was a good reason. I use it for 'insulated' water and wine bottle carriers and potholders that I sell for my business and have had good results washing the finished items without shrinkage. I wash in cool water, shape and then 'hang' dry rather than put items in the dryer but since it's polyester, I assume that it would be okay to put in the dryer as well.

**Q: It says 22” wide. Is it 22” wide single or double thickness?  Is it folded over before being wrapped on the bolt?**
A: 22” wide single and it’s not folded over on the bolt.

**Q: Is this the type with one metallic side?**
A: There is a type of insul brite that is metallic on one side but this is not it. It's metallic sandwiched between a type of poly batting.
