Terrible product — must have gotten old batch

*by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2020*

This product was terrible. It did not come with the sponge that the directions insist that you use to distribute and remove the product once in the shower. Luckily I had one left over from a previous product. This batch must have been OLD. It took several shakes to combine the settled product so that it would pump cream instead of pure slime liquid. There a dried clumps of product in the cream which make it impossible to pump out. I have resorted to just squeezing it directly from the bottle onto my leg.But buyer be warned — I am tossing this item! The one and only time using it the smell was off, lumpy old product, much stirring to recombine, faulty pump — then the skin irritation occurred.Deeply disturbed by this product. First time buying a beauty product from amazon and will certainly be my last! Save your skin — just buy this from your local beauty supply, pharmacy or grocery store

    Not what I paid for

*by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2021*

Second time trying to leave a review. This is not the product I paid for. So definitely no value for money, as it won’t get used. It was advertised as having argan oil, it doesn’t. It is the strongest smelling hair remover I have ever smelled, I do not trust putting it on my skin. Definitely not meant for sensitive skin. Will have to try my local drug store to see if they have the real product.

    Great product-bad pump

*by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2018*

Product works great and could not be easier to useI would give 5 stars in a heart beat if the pump worked better. The pump will stop working with a little less than half a bottle still in there. Do yourself a favor a order a little spatula To use to get all the priduct out
