Clearly it is that, I have a fetish for headdressings. If this is set on the head properly it can immatate a crown. The stones in it are very bling'e. Now just with the naked eye looks like they may be in there pretty good. The headband itself is a rustic gold antic look. Some of the stones are clear some are rainbow looking. The headband is not plastic it's welded together very well made. I did not know what was in the box when it came. It was wrapped in bubble wrap inside a plastic sleeve. For this kind of headdress it could have been in a better box for better storage. Like a velvet or satin bag or something then inside the bubble wrap so it wouldn't get broke on transit.
