Al primer uso despide un olor extraño, en los usos siguientes se quitó, calienta en unos 3-5 minutos, vertí la masa con un cucharon para mejor control; agregué queso y aún así no se pegó a la máquina, se limpia con un trapito húmedo, no use los pinchos si no palillos para evitar que se raye, puse foto de cómo queda después de usarse y del resultado 🤤 recomiendo dejar un hueco libre para poder rotar las bolitas

A: Wipe off oily residue of unit with paper towel then use warm wet soapy sponge to wash out while holding upside down. Rise out upside down unit with hand held sprayer so that water will not enter unit

Me encantó como quedaron! Al primer uso despide un olor extraño, en los usos siguientes se quitó, calienta en unos 3-5 minutos, vertí la masa con un cucharon para mejor control; agregué queso y aún así no se pegó a la máquina, se limpia con un trapito húmedo, no use los pinchos si no palillos para evitar que se raye, puse foto de cómo queda después de usarse y del resultado 🤤 recomiendo dejar un hueco libre para poder rotar las bolitas

I bought this to make the Thai Dessert, Kanom Krok. It’s a delightful little coconut desert with a yummy crisp shell on the outside and a soft coconut custard-like filling. The traditional way, requires a cast iron pan with wells. I’m not a good keeper of cast iron. This is perfect! If you look up Hot Thai Kitchen, she’s got a great recipe!
