I have used them extensively in my running and tennis shoes. Before these I was using Sof Sol Athlete insoles. Which are too soft and provide no support. I highly recommend the CurrexSole Activepro. They were so good that I ordered a pair of Superfeet Carbon just to try; what a disaster. Remember I am an active athletic person with low arch in my left foot. I wouldn't know how these would work for an inactive person with lets say "plantar fasciitis".
