I needed a budget mattress and hated pure memory foam, finding they quickly start sagging and causing back problems. I also didn't want the squeakiness of a pure sprung mattress. This is a great in-between option, offering a true medium firmness which is holding up a year later. The springs remain quiet and strong, the memory foam hasn't sagged like other mattresses I've had, and the result is more consistent, comfortable sleep. I would recommend trying this if you have problems with aches and pains or maybe sleep apnea/snoring with softer mattresses - it's not so firm that you'll find it hard to get used to, but offers just a little bit more support to prevent these issues.It was a bit heavy to manoeuvre alone, but then I am a big wuss, and the delivery driver seemed to manage it perfectly fine.
